Clean and well-decorated room. Impressive bathroom setup, complete with great towels.
The kitchen setup is minimal. more of a cabinet stove than a proper cooking space. The shower looked a bit dated and could use a refurb, while also lacking in towel hooks placed within easy reach. Misleading billing regarding the city tax caused some confusion, and the fridge felt like a hidden fee trap without a clear price list nearby.

The location was a dream, just 5 minutes from the bus station, making it easy to explore. Our Family Suite was truly stunning, spacious, and exactly as depicted in the photos, if not more beautiful! The staff went above and beyond, providing coffee at any hour and ensuring our towels were changed daily.

Our stay was great, enjoying the close proximity to the Vatican and the stunning views from the nearby hill. The room was cozy and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after our adventures. Highly recommend checking out the local cafés for breakfast and the beautiful parks around for a nice afternoon stroll!
We struggled a bit with the check-in process since there was no one available at the time we arrived to assist us. Thankfully, other guests helped us get in touch with the host.
